The lipidic portion is really interesting; there are keto-trans-decenoic acid, hydrox-trans-decenoic acid, sebacic acid, polemic acid and stearic acid. As reference to healthy activity of royal jelly it is used in particular a hydroxylated unsaturated acid the 10 hydroxy-delta 2- decenoic (10-HDA).
